In 2025, HOSA’s China program rebranded as SKT-iHOSA — Innovative Health Originator for Social Well-being Advancement. Operated by SKT, with mentorship from Hanlin Education, on the Webloom platform.

Biochemistry & Psychology Foundational Studies

2027 ATC: biology, basic chemistry and psychology. Online assessment: 45 minutes, 45 multiple-choice questions plus five tie-break questions. Planned for 26 December 2026.

Life & Health Professional Studies

2027 CCE: Pathophysiology, Nutrition, Biotechnology and Biochemistry; grades 9–12. Online assessment: 26 December 2026.

Public Welfare Impact Practice

2027 BCE: teams of 3–6 choose public-service advertising, community awareness, health education or AI for Good. Annual theme: “See the Unseen”. Submission: before 17 December 2026, 14:00; confirm platform time zone.

The June 2026 conference is a completed historical event. Bloom lists the 2027 US Global Stage for 22–26 June in Philadelphia; confirm qualification and travel arrangements before booking.

How is iHOSA different from US HOSA?

The 2027 Bloom programme lists ATC, BCE and CCE. Students may enter across categories, choosing one subject or project per category. US HOSA event rules are separate.

Which division should I register for?

ATC biology/chemistry: Division I grades 9–10, Division II grades 11–12; psychology and CCE: grades 9–12. BCE public-service advertising and community awareness: grades 9–12; health education and AI for Good: grades 6–12.

What are the language requirements?

All program materials, assessments, and the global stage operate in English. Recommended minimum: TOEFL 80+ or IELTS 6.0+. Hanlin Education provides language coaching for HOSA participants.

Which 2027 China option fits my interests?

ATC covers biology, basic chemistry and psychology. BCE offers four project formats in teams of 3–6: public-service advertising, community awareness, health education and AI for Good. CCE covers pathophysiology, nutrition, biotechnology and biochemistry for grades 9–12.

Will HOSA participation help with university applications?

HOSA is recognized by US, UK, and Canadian admissions offices — particularly in pre-med, pre-dent, pre-nursing, public health, and biotechnology pathways. Strong performance provides concrete material for personal statements, supplemental essays, and recommendation letter conversations.

How do I register?

Register through Webloom from 11 June to 7 December 2026. Confirm the payable fee and project-specific eligibility in the platform; advisor consultation is separate from official registration.
