This site does not process payments. Registration for the SKT-iHOSA program happens on Webloom (webloom.cn/bloom_web/) — not here. We do not collect fees, deposits, or any monetary payment through en.hosa.org.cn.

6 · No registration / no user accounts

You do not need to register an account with us to use this site. We do not maintain user accounts. The site is publicly accessible without login.

7 · WhatsApp communication

The WhatsApp QR code is the only channel for direct contact with our advisor team. When you scan and add the WhatsApp contact, conversations happen on Tencent’s WhatsApp platform — subject to WhatsApp’s terms of service in addition to ours. Our advisor responses are general informational assistance, not authoritative program decisions.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for:

• Outdated information that has not yet been updated
